This certification program is offered along with the Independent Computer Consultants Association (www.icca.org).

The requirements are to pass the Information Systems CORE examination, plus the IT Consultants' Examination, plus one Specialty examination at the 70% or higher score for each examination. For programming consultants, it is recommended that you substitute two programming language examinations for the one Specialty examination.

The CITC holder is automatically enrolled into the Recertification program.
